How And When Do I Reserve My Dog's Kennel Vacation?
How do I book my dog's kennel reservation and how much advance notice is required?
Thank you for the opportunity to care for your dog 'family'! To book your dog's boarding kennel vacation dates we offer several choices of communication, for your convenience.
1) Simply click on the black contact button on every page page, which will take you to a short form to fill in, and click submit, or
2) Scroll to bottom of any page to fill out short form and submit, or
3) Email patriciawithharmony@gmail.com, or
4) If you would prefer, please feel free to telephone us at 250-375-2528. Please note that between hiking with each of our visiting dogs and taking care of our farm management, we may not be able to answer your call directly, however please leave a detailed message and we we will return your call asap.
Once we have your requested dates, we will promise to reply as soon as possible to confirm your dates and send along our Registration/Information forms. (If you haven't heard back from us within 24 hours, please just give a call as we may not have recieved your message). Please fill out our forms telling us some basic information about your dog, contact info etc (no wrong answers) and bring with you and your dog at check in.
As a relatively small 'custom care' kennel, ideally, 3 week's notice is greatly appreciated. For extended stays and regular holiday vacation long weekends and weeks (Spring break, Easter, Summertime) please allow at least one month or more notice. Christmas bookings usually begin 6 months in advance and we do fill up fast! Having said that, occassionally we will have an unforeseen cancellation so please contact us asap to ask if we have any wiggle room! And...sometimes 'life' doesn't give us much notice at all, in which case, we will to do our very best to accommodate!
